hello, here I am again, (reluctantly) writing another journal entry. some time ago, I started a rich text document I keep on my desktop that occasionally gets updated, but somehow, I just can't seem to actually "blog" or any of those sorts of things.

I'm going to try and write more, I miss writing. I used to write rather extensively. perhaps I'll start a private blog somewhere.

I'm taking a watercolour class in hopes that it will actually learn me the stuff, which it has. Lorelle is an excellent (not to mention entertaining) tamer of puddles. I'm rather excited for next year and I'm so glad to be here. I wouldn't rather be anywhere else, with the exception of possibly being in a helicopter with Neil Gaiman, discussing the finer points of bee-keeping over a cup (or spill-proof thermos) of darjeeling tea.
